Store Policy
We ask that you please arrange for child care prior to your appointment. We strive to provide a relaxing experience for you and our guest.
We also ask to avoid bringing guest to your appointment. Seating is limited. A sitting fee may apply for additional guests: $25
Cash is preferred. Additional fees apply to card users.
Late fees apply: $1 per extra minute. Tardiness of 15 minutes or more, will result in rescheduling of your appointment.
Feeling a little under the weather? Please reschedule so that we can maintain a sanitary environment. If you show up sick, we will unfortunately have to reschedule.
Please be mindful when scheduling your appointment. Make certain that you're scheduling the correct service you wish to endure. We will be preparing for that specific service and change of service may not be possible on the date of your appointment. If you have questions about scheduling, please contact us.
Food and drinks are prohibited in our salon.
A deposit is required for scheduling an appointments with us. Your deposit reserves your time and date. Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
