SPA POLICY

Cancelation of the same day will result in 50% service fee charge, No show will result in 100% of service fee charge. Please reschedule online before 48hours of your appointment time to allow enough time for schedule adjustments.

  • We ask that you please arrange for child care prior to your appointment. We strive to provide a relaxing experience for you and our guest.

  • We also ask to avoid bringing guests to your appointment. No guest. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Cash is preferred. Additional fees apply to card users.

  • Late fees apply: $1 per extra minute. Tardiness of 15 minutes or more, will result in rescheduling of your appointment.

  • Feeling a little under the weather? Please reschedule so that we can maintain a sanitary environment. If you show up sick, we will unfortunately have to reschedule.

  • Please be mindful when scheduling your appointment. Make certain that you're scheduling the correct service you wish to endure. We will be preparing for that specific service and change of service may not be possible on the date of your appointment. If you have questions about scheduling, please contact us

  • Food and drinks are prohibited in our salon.

  • A reservation fee (deposit) is required for scheduling appointments with us. Your deposit reserves your time and date. Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. We require you to give 48hr notice if you need to schedule or cancel your appointment. Please be mindful of strong perfume and cologne when coming in for your appointment. Please put away your phone during your service. Please bring and wear your face mask. If you arrive early to your appointment, please relax in the waiting area until your Esthetician is ready to service you.

Lash Policy

  • In order for us to properly apply new lashes, we ask that your lashes are cleaned prior to your appointment.  If we have to clean your lashes a lash bath fee may apply

  • If you've previously been serviced by another artist (separate salon), and are in need of lash extension removal/retouching, we ask that you return to original artist for removal before visiting our salon. For liability reasoning, we will not preform services otherwise. 

  • Lash refills only apply for up to 60% of lash replacement. Otherwise, please schedule a new appointment for a complete set. If we determine a complete set is required, please be prepared to be billed accordingly. 

Facial Policy

If you receive any facial treatments, such as microblading, botox, hair removal and any other facials please wait at least two weeks before receiving our treatments. You must discontinue the use of any prescription topical products two weeks prior to your appointment. You will be required to purchase the recommended facial products after your initial treatment, if you decide to continue with DF. We do not allow any other facial treatments while you're being treated at DF.
